1. This facility guarantees the quality and effectiveness
of all repairs, parts, and components performed or installed
by its agents on the premises, for a period of twelve (12)
months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty
is invalid as to any failure or damage caused by improper
use, overheating, or lubrication in an amount less than that
recommended by the vehicles manufacturer. Improper use
includes, but is not limited to, use of the vehicle in competitive
events, or use of a vehicle in off-highway conditions, unless
the vehicle was originally designed and manufactured for off-highway
use. This warranty is also invalid as to damage which results
from negligence, improper treatment, improper accident damage
repairs, corrosion from road salt, environmental influences,
or treatment contrary to the vehicles owners manual.
Maintenance services such as oil changes, wheel balancing,
wheel alignment, and mechanical adjustments or repairs which
become necessary through normal use or wear and tear are not
covered by this warranty.
2. In order for repairs to be made under this warranty,
the vehicle must be returned to this facility when reasonable.
When it is not reasonable customer must contact QH Automotive
for instruction before any warrantied work is done. Failure
to contact QH Automotive and follow instructions shall void
warranty.

3. This facility gives no warranty, express or implied,
for parts or labor to repair, install, or service used or
customer-provided parts. Any and all such parts are accepted
by the customer as is, and with all faults. There
are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the
face hereof.
4. This warranty is non-transferable, and is valid
only for the customer. The customer agrees not to hold this
facility liable for, and shall not be entitled to recover
from this facility, any consequential or incidental damages
to property; damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of
profit or income, or any other consequential or incidental
damages. The customer agrees that the remedy provided for
herein is exclusive.
5. A buyer of this product in California has the right
to have this product serviced or repaired during the warranty
period. The warranty period will be extended for the number
of whole days that the product has been out of the buyers
hands for warranty repairs. If a defect exists within the
warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect
has been fixed. The warranty period will also be extended
if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays
caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, or
if the warranty repairs did not remedy the defect and the
buyer notifies the manufacturer or seller of the failure of
the repairs within 60 days after they were completed. If,
after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not
been fixed, the buyer may return this product for a replacement
or a refund subject, in either case, to deduction of a reasonable
charge for usage. This time extension does not affect the
protections or remedies the buyer has under other laws.
6. Definitions:
Customer means the individual or corporation to
whom the parts or services were sold, and does not mean any
subsequent purchaser, owner, or possessor of the vehicle.
The vehicle means only the vehicle for which
the parts or services were provided, and does not mean any
vehicle to which any parts have been transferred.
This facility means QH Automotive 226 West Avenue
I, Lancaster, California 93534, and does not include any other
service facility at any other address.
