to accept the Auto Club's decision when a member is concerned
about the quality of repairs or service.
Q. What should I do
if I am dissatisfied with the service I receive at an
approved facility and I am a member of the Auto Club?
A. In Southern California
- First, discuss your concerns with the management of
the facility. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached,
contact the Auto Club at 1-800-797-4231 weekdays between
9 a.m and 5 p.m.
Non-members should first attempt to settle the matter
with the facility management. If not successful, contact
the Bureau of Auto Repair (California State Department
of Consumer Affairs) at (800) 952-5210.
